Drawing on a range of psychological approaches, I work with individuals and teams to help them identify their authentic leadership/management styles and sense of purpose and then work with them to find ways of achieving their goals that align with their values. My areas of specialism in coaching are:
- Neurodiversity: Helping those with suspected or diagnosed neurodiversity to develop self-awareness and establish practical tools to help them thrive.
- Promotion and Development: Helping individuals overcome perceived or actual barriers to performance, identifying individual strengths and blockers and developing a targeted action plan to support them through promotion process.
- Parental leave returners: I work with parents returning to work to support the transition, help establish healthy work-life balance and identify sustainable goals to ensure strong work performance.
Consultancy
I provide consultancy to leaders and HR teams on a range of areas including:
Culture change:
- Diagnosing as-is and defining a target state
- Designing and implementing culture change programmes
- Upskilling leaders and managers to support a positive culture that prioritises psychological safety AND drives high performance.
Performance Management
- Reviewing existing and advising on new approaches to performance management that drives a positive culture AND high performance
- Advising on ways to upskill managers (coaching skills and tools) to improve performance outcomes
- Designing and implementing behaviour change programmes required to support new approaches to performance management.
Neurodiversity/Inclusion
- Providing advice to HR/Leadership teams on neurodiversity – establishing a neuro-inclusive culture, ways to maximise performance from neurodiverse colleagues and tools and frameworks to support
- Coaching for neurodiverse colleagues.
