My Approach

Having worked with a large number of private and public sector organisations and executives for many years, I understand the performance and time pressures they are under. Time out for coaching needs to be productive and impactful, not only for the individual but also for the organisation.

My view is that to achieve these lasting impacts, coaching needs to go beyond superficial goal setting. It needs to go beneath the surface and be tailored to the needs of the individual/organisation.

My approach draws on evidence-based practice and a range of psychological approaches to help individuals and organisations find authentic and sustainable ways to achieve their goals, challenge their assumptions and build commitments to change.
