Keri Link Consulting

Executive coaching and business psychology consultancy

My Story

I’m Keri Link – a psychologist and coach with a passion for helping people and organisations to find their purpose, overcome personal and organisational barriers and optimise performance and wellbeing.

I had a transformational moment in my career following the return to work after maternity leave. I’d spent nearly 10 years working in management consulting, helping public and private sector organisations to implement talent, culture and learning and development programmes, but on my return, I struggled to find balance and a sense of purpose in my work. I was passionate about psychology and had recently completed my MSc in Educational psychology, but I was failing to find a similar sense of purpose and direction in my day to day work and this ultimately started to impact my motivation, performance and wellbeing.

My turning point came when I was lucky enough to work with an amazing coach. She not only supported my transition back to work, but also helped me to come un-stuck, uncover the ‘blockers’ that were preventing me from performing to my potential and finding the sense of purpose and balance I needed to achieve my goals. Having experienced first-hand the benefit of coaching, I went on to gain my diploma in Executive Coaching from the AOEC (I am registered with the EMCC) and I decided to leave my full time consulting role to explore my passion of psychology in more depth – gaining experience as an assistant psychologist working with clients with neurodiversity.

I now work as a freelance coach and consultant, using psychology-informed and evidence based approaches to help individuals and organisations to find their purpose and establish practical and sustainable ways to achieve their goals.

As well as my MSc in Educational Psychology, I am trained in various psychometrics including Saville and Lumina Spark (soon to complete Hogan certification). I have also completed training in ADHD and am certified in ADOS-2 (Autism assessment).

Common themes I work with in coaching include:

Neurodiversity: Helping those with suspected or diagnosed neurodiversity develop self-awareness and establish practical tools to help them thrive.

Promotion and Development: Helping individuals overcome perceived or actual barriers to performance, identifying individual strengths and blockers and developing a targeted action plan to support them through promotion process and balance well-being.

Parental leave returners: I work with parents returning to work to support the transition, help establish healthy work-life balance and identify sustainable goals to ensure strong work performance.

Common themes of consulting with organisations

Culture change: I help organisations understand their existing cultures and work with them to identify their desired target cultures, including the behavioural and organisational elements that are required to achieve it.

Coaching culture: I help organisations establish and implement a coaching coaching that will support a productive and healthy organisational culture.

Neurodiversity and Inclusion: I provide advice to HR and leadership teams to help develop a more neuro-inclusive culture.

Performance management: I work with organisations to review their existing performance management processes against organisational strategy and culture and design and implement new processes, which make lasting impact to performance and culture.
